1- young Thai Coconut
1/2 cup cashews or other nut or seed
2-tsp Vanilla Ext
1-TBSP Coconut Butter
Pinch of Sea Salt
Chill coconut or add ice cubes if desired.
Open Coconut carefully, pour coconut juice in high speed blender and scrape coconut flesh out of coconut and put in blender. Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth. Enjoy
