Basic Green Smoothie

2- Cups Water

1/2 Cup Nuts or seeds of choice

3- Large handfuls of greens of choice Spinach, kale, collard, etc...

1- Apple

2- cups fruit of choice

1- TBSP Coconut Butter

1-tsp Vanilla extract

Puree all ingredients in a high speed blender, serve and enjoy.

 

My favorite quick breakfast is

2-cups water
1/2 cup almonds or hemp seeds
1 organic Gala apple
1-cup frozen blue berries
1-cup frozen strawberries
1-TBSP Coconut Butter
1-tsp vanilla Extract
3-hanfdfuls of organic spinach

I always puree my water and nuts first then add the remaining ingredients and puree again.
