Beans & Rice
1-15oz can Aduki Beans Organic drained
1-15oz can Black Beans Organic drained
1 1/2 -14.5oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1-2-3oz can Chilies 
1-medium Onion Chopped
4-cloves fresh chopped garlic .
1-tsp Garlic & Onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt    2.-TBSP Parsley
3-TBSP Olive Oil
Black Pepper to taste
Rice: 2-cups Brown Rice, 4-cups Water. Bring to a boil, then cover and turn to lowest heat for 45  min.  Fluff with a fork.

Sauté onion & garlic in olive oil until tender, then add remaining ingredients except rice and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Place 1/2-1 cup rice and top with equal amounts of bean mixture.
Great with a fresh veggie salad.
