Carob Fudge

1 Cup Carob Chips
1 1/2 Cups Crispy Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Organic Raw Almond Butter
1 Cup Pecans or Your Favorite Nut
For a richer fudge add 1/2 to 1 cup more carob chips.

In a double Boiler melt Carob Chips until smooth, then add Almond Butter and blend until creamy. Add crispy brown rice and fold in until well coated , then add nuts and continue until fully incorporated.

Spread the mixture evenly in any flat pan that will fit into your refrigerator or freezer. Allow the fudge to cool completely. One hour freezer/ 2 hours refrigerator. Cut into 1 inch squares and store in a zip lock bag in refrigerator or freezer. Serve cold or at room temp for a healthy holiday treat.
