Spinach Dip

1- 8 oz package of Frozen Spinach
1- 12oz package Tofu--( Silken or Firm)
2 -Tbsp Dill
3- Tbsp Parsely
2 medium size Garlic Cloves
1-tsp Sea Salt or to taste

Thaw Spinach ahead of time. In a Food processor blend tofu until creamy, then add the spinach blend until combined. Next , add the seasonings and salt. Then taste to check if any additional seasoning is required. After every thing is to taste slowly add the garlic you might want to cut them in halves and then add and taste as you go because the garlic can sometimes over power the spinach. Serve with veggies or your favorite crackers.
