Fruit Dip

1- Box Silken Tofu
1/4 Cup Oil (Flax, Olive or Grape seed)
1/4 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Sea Salt (Optional)

Blend all ingredients into blender or food processor until creamy. Serve chilled with bite sized fruit wedges.
