2 Medium Carrots
1/4 cup Pecans or Walnuts pieces
1/4 cup Organic Raisins
1/4 Cup finely chopped Celery
1/4 Cup finely chopped Apple or Pineapple
pinch of sea salt
1 Tbsp Vegenaise (Just enough to coat the ingredients)
Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl then mix in vegenaise. Serve chilled as a meal or side dish.
